This compact bungalow is situated in its own fenced garden in a small road near the end of the village. It is tucked Now, this is a VIEW ! behind the main road as it skirts Loch Leven before reaching the Ballachulish Bridge on the way to Fort William and the open sea.

To find Sorcha, leave the main road at the second entrance to South Ballachulish, which is signposted to West Laroch, and the property is on the right, second house after Lynn-Leven Guest House.

There is a lovely view of the Pap of Glencoe from the rear of the property, local walks can take you far ! Accommodation consists of a sitting room. dining kitchen and 2 bedrooms (one double room and one twin) with additional bed settee sleeping accommodation in the sitting room. Bedding (Duvets, pillows, sheets etc) towels, tea towels and electricity are all included

			The house accommodates a maximum of four adults and two children. A travel cot and junior bed can be provided on request, also a high chair. The house is only 6 years old and is fully equipped. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, iron and hairdryer. The bathroom has an overbath shower. There is a seating area in the garden which is secure and well maintained There is off road parking at the property which was previously used to store a small craft and could be convenient for those with their own seagoing or outdoor equipment
